At The Boot Jack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
